A good video topic would be patent writing formalities. Abstract length, periods in claims, spelling errors, etc.

After researching HOW to do patent searches, I did a global search. I then paid a company to do a 2nd global search. Finally, I had a patent attorney who would write the claims perform their (3rd) global search. Each search did not turn up very significant findings that would hamper me. However, my US domestic ( RO for PCT) application and also the EPO (SA for PCT application) both turned up prior art that I had to defend against. I couldn't believe what was missed by 3 searches. No matter how much time, effort and money, expect that something will be found. This isn't to say it can't be overcome, though. I was just granted my allowance for my domestic application after pointing out that a biasing spring acted the opposite of what was expected by the US examiner and prior art.

There's another video that questions prior art search is necessary before application, because it costs money and merely effective and also only patent office personnel can Search patent pending prior art. So my plan is just going to do a basic google patent search personally then apply with intentional verbal or formality error on my application just in case. So I'm intentionally looking for rejection, then after that I getting help from an attorney with any issues encountered.

Also I suggest you google search Images with keywords or have a friend do it. For me as an inventor, it's hard to do my own search because I don't like to find my invention! But a friend doesn't care and will do it without fear. @@ThatDruidDude

If the invention has 500 variations, should I list All of them? such as a table top, I just write “ top is not limited to be round “, is this acceptable?
