What I do is put the top of the beanie closer to the back ofy.hair the my bangs stick out and adjust the fold to different lengths and different parts

Hey, Orion, thanks for purchasing a beanie from us, we appreciate that! :) It's a personal preference, but it's easiest if you cover your ears. If you'll do the fisherman beanie style then you won't be needing to cover your ears with the beanie. Hope this helps! :)
