I agree with that whole speech in regards to figures like this. And to add to it, with all due respect movie designs like this are the kind that work beautifully with articulate high-end action figures since there's always going to be some sacrifices made to make it transformable while still being enjoyable to mess with. Also sometimes you'd like representations of the character and kind of know even if you enjoy Transformers you're not gonna be pulling every toy off the shelf to transform them.

The rotb design grew on me a lot. It seems more big metal robot than BB movie

I love that he just looks like he changed truck models but still looks the same as he did in Bumblebee unlike some OTHERS I could mention.

15:16 Let's be real, transformation hasn't been the transformers' sole defining attribute since about 1985 with the franchise's trademark characters and lore gathering popularity and singificince since its very beginning. I'm, for example, a guy who never really cared about my _Transformers_ toys being able to transform, collecting them as characters and cool-looking robots. If Hasbro produced good media-accurate non-transforming action figures as an alternate / secondary _Transformers_ merchandise, they would sell and sell well because robot action figures have been selling all around the world for more than half a century now. I myself collect _Studio Series_ primarily because offers from the likes of ThreeZero are too big, expensive, and scarce for me.

With it not transforming, I really can’t see how any company can take that robot mode design and have it turn into a really good truck, mainly because there’s very few truck parts that show on the Bumblebee Movie and ROTB designs

Yeah people really need to learn to keep their opinions to themselves sometimes. You complaining aboout a figure not transforming 500 times won't change the minds of people who love and appreciate the CGI robot designs. These figures dont need to factor in Transformation engineering, and all the issues that come along with it such as tolerances, QC issues, weird proportions. And they're all the better for it. So Emgo honestly i wouldn't even mind if these type of comments start getting deleted, all they do is rile people up.

This is gonna be my first (and potentially only) threezero figure due to the price. If I am able to get Primal to go with him, I will because I love his design in ROTB. Edit: I pulled the trigger and bought him. I am excited to get him. Thanks Emgo!

I hope magnificent mecha makes a transformable rotb optimus. They can use a similar transformation like the mm01 bumblebee prime but also add a few new things to make it somewhat refreshing. I really hope magnificent mecha makes a rotb prime!!

Honestly, I love non-transforming transformers. I can display it without hesitation, The hesitation for me is what mode should I display it in? or I should get two of them one in robot mode and one in disguise mode.

If you want perfection buy from Three Zero. I have two DLX from them, man they are amazing!!!

Let's be honest the only reason they change the design every movie is so they can sell "new" products. I prefer the Bumblebee design and wish they just kept it the same. I don't need another movie Optimus prime. Great figure for anyone that missed out on the bee one.

I love transformers but I wasn't a fan of the rise of the beasts movie. Still not sure on getting the figure or not because I already have Optimus Prime from the bumblebee movie.

Looks amazing. Now my biggest ? To my self. Do I let my Bumblebee Optimus Prime be my version of it or do I sell it and get this version instead. Really do like those accessories like the hand cannons an swords that the Bumblebee version didn’t come with.. hmmm Really do love these threezero transformers. Has become my favorite line for transformers now and they don’t even transform. But man are they made really well and screen accurate. And the paint and articulation is always crazy good. Only thing I would change on these threezero transformers is if they gave us hands that had articulated fingers. They can keep most those hands they give us and give us those articulated fingers in a heart beat. If they did that then I’d say they are almost perfect as can be Last thing. Can u take the hand blaster off rise of the beast prime and put it on the bumblebee prime version. If u can and it still looks good I may look on eBay for a single one of these hand cannons for my bumblebee prime

Hate to say this but. I don't really like Optimus Prime because I feel they over do him. But after seeing this version of Optimus Prime. They can never ever create another Optimus Prime again. This is the absolute best version ever. And I drop the mic on the subject.

I disagree here. They a 3 things that make beast wars less cool…. In my opinion. First I hate the lights on his knees. It’s terrible. 2 his smoke stacks look like they a put on his shoulder and not build in his body like bee prime. And 3 he can’t transform, so what’s the point…!
