The pan with the lift out cups is a custard pan. You put water in the bottom pan and bake it. The custard won't burn because of the water bath.

Yes, they may go up a little, but 1st the markup is really good on this stuff and also, the thrift may go up a little but they really dont want to scare away customers with high prices. This is stuff that they get for free, so they really don't care as long as they get what they want.

They get these things in bulk and need to move it to make room for more inventory. Resellers do not ruin it for anyone if anything those are smaller owned shops that need larger profit margins

I just sold that DS case in blue plaid. Listed at 14.99 shipped but ended up taking an offer for $12 after 6 months of it not moving. At least I only had a dollar into it.

Last year I sold Adobe Photoshop CS6 I think it was somthing like that. It was open and didn't have it's code but I listed it as, as is no returns said your basically taking a risk on this being useless and I got a bunch of people messaging me saying that's useless and some guy came along and bought it and I messeged them just to double check and he's like I can get it to work. I said ok but there's no returns if it dosent and he's like yeah I know. Shipped it and never got a return or anything. Sold it missing it's code for $350 so that was dope. Paid 3 bucks for it. But I had that up for sale for pike 8 months and I didn't get vero

I am also an eBay seller (mainly vintage toys, dolls, American Girls dolls etc.) and I was wondering, how long is too long for an item to sit? Just wondering your opinion on this. Thanks for the awesome videos!

Just really depends on what the item is. You can see the market for the item your selling by searching the item(s) and then seeing the sold ones. I to am a seller and so far the longest an item has sat has been a month.

@@stenello rule of thumb, most time you're buying at a price where you'll profit anyways, if an item is taking too long, maybe anything over a month, get competitive with it, lower it's price a little, profit is good. But so is consistent profit even if a little lower sometimes.

Since, I mainly focus on hardgoods that allows me to be pretty picky with what I buy clothing wise. Crosslisting can also help with clothing especially to platforms like mercari and posh.

How do you find out the value of anything? Is there an app?

One way is to use the ebay app. You can search an item and filter by sold listings to see what it sold for recently.

I edit around people at goodwill. Hence why you may see me only have an item in my hand for a few seconds or it gets zoomed in.

Anyone can find items at Goodwill that seem like they should sell, based on sold items, but actually selling them is the problem. Especially when The Big Guy is in the White House.

Most goodwill are too expensive. Specially, for shoes and clothing. I don’t bother getting them .for some money on them cause not worth it.
