I like the small shelves with the vase with birds they look nice together. I like the stools as is, think dark wax would look good too. Everything is beautiful!

I would put the brackets/plates in the dining room. The kitchen wall space looks crowded with the brackets. Loved your bloopers!

I love how you have a mirror image of yourself auditioning placement of the gold shelves. I like them in the dining room vs kitchen. Love, love the urn with the birds atop! Really love the stool! I really want to try the transfers you use. They add such a statement to anything (stool, metal piece (I forget the name), lantern. Using the dark wax on the stool wound add a great touch! Sorry I missed your premiere, but I was still at work, thought I would’ve been home in time. Anyway…. I like your remakes, as usual I find your remakes beautiful! You’ve just inspired me to redo a lantern, I’m trying to add things in my outside patio area. I think the lantern would be perfect! Also, love the transformation of the urn, Cindy, absolutely stunning!

Love watching you create! Of all the projects, I think the stool is my favourite...wrapping the transfer down the sides really makes it sparkle. I vote for the dining room for the brackets & plates!

Wow! You did some great makeovers. Have to agree the tall urn turned out so pretty n I like your idea using the birds nesting in your home made nest for them. I love using antiquing wax on just about every thing I make over. It just gives it more character n it helps it to look older. It also changes the color of your paint for the better. Your lantern/candle holder looks sweet. Adding the transfer n putting gold on the top knob changed it to a whole new piece. I saw a tray this past weekend just like yours but passed it up. Now if I had seen this video last week I would have gotten it cuz it looked so pretty. I could have used my earth brite on it too. You’re so right about it. I’m sure glad that you told us about it as it is great stuff for just anything. My favorite is the stool. The transfers you placed on the seat makes the whole project pop. I also like the paint color umber. It looks so good next to that nice looking table that Steve made for you. That’s the kind of table I need in my craft room. Now that my son n his family are moving back to Florida maybe I can talk him into making me one. Fun n enjoyable video today. ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍🌟 PS. Thanks Cindy for sharing 🥰

Hi Shelly! I’m so glad you enjoyed all of the projects. I’m going to use more antiquing wax. It’s so much fun to use. I used to use it all the time and just got out of it now I’m back into it. 😆 if you keep your eye out for another silver tray, I’m sure you’ll find one. I see one almost every time I’m out Thrifting. You must be so excited about your son moving to Florida! I’m sure he will build a table for you. Or maybe you could find a dining table at the thrift store and turn it into a craft table. I think dark wax on the stool might muddy the transfer details. It looks nice with the white.

It depends on what the object is and the look I wanted in which way to paint it. Sometimes the really slick pieces need spray paint. Everything you redid is so beautiful but the urn with the birds is my favorite. I love love birds in decor( or butterflies 🦋) so I tend to gravitate towards anything with birds. So so beautiful.😊❤

When cleaning my brushes, After rinsing and then using ivory bar soap i load the brush with soap and then pinch the end of the bristles and move around to remove any paint that may have gotten into the ferrel. Then rinse well and dry as you do.

i prefer a paint brush, but some things just seem to need spraying. Sometimes i spray with a blocker first if I am afraid of bleeding.

My mom had lots of home interiors products. They were all plastic. Her decorative items that were made from plaster were older.

The brackets are small and look better in the smaller space, the first scene. As for the stool, I like it without dark wax. What did you do in the end?

If after you polish the silver, can you top coat it and will it stop it from tarnishing again?

I don’t topcoat it with anything because I like to polish silver and I like the tarnished looked too😊

I wonder how well the wax on the seat of the stool will hold up. I don't think I would want to sit on a waxed surface.

I might add a clear topcoat once the wax has cured completely. That should help it last longer. As for sitting on it, it not slippery and so far is working out fine! 😊Thanks for your input!

The two wall shelves are not home interior. They are much older. I sold home interiors for years. All of their products were marked sorroco. It was a type of plastic.

Just to clarify, do you mean you are in the STATE of Delaware or a city of Delaware someplace? Because we have a city of Delaware here in Ohio that's not far from me, but visiting your shop in Delaware STATE isn't likely to happen😢.
