Ashley ... Ugh I know, right!!?!? We would have a riot on a road trip there!! We need to shop together sometime in Illinois or Wisconsin. You are one of my favorites, along with Laura and Selena. Laura has exactly my same esthetic, vibe decor thing going on.

Frye opened up in my town, Marlborough, Ma. in the 1800’s. One of the buildings, which was their outlet, has been made into apartments with their large windows. My niece lived there for a year while she saved up for a down payment on a house. Other buildings have been preserved as lofts and apartments. My town was established in the 1600’s. I love all the history.

When I was a teen working in a restaurant in 1971 a woman came in wearing a pantsuit and the older (25 years) waitresses were appalled that a woman would come to a restaurant in pants. It’s so hard to imagine these days. I’m 65 and I always wear pants. You picked up some great pieces. Enjoy. I loved that lamp!

Love the boots and love the necklace. Don't change the necklace! sell it as is if it doesn't stay in your wardrobe. That first portrait of the dark haired woman in the suit could totally be Selena!

The brass collar! Would be gorgeous with a low neckline or gold/bronze lame strapless gown. Leave as is and if you want a bit more drama for another outfit you’ll need to find the perfect pendant to layer underneath.

You missed a real old vintage gold coffee cup which I have a picture of me and my dad with one. I was drinking something out of it, and I was about 5 years old, so I'm guessing 1950's. I was born in 1955. Awwww, memories.💕

I love the necklace as it is. I also love the Frye boots. A couple of years ago, I found a vintage pair in perfect condition at Goodwill for 4.89. I paid for them with the change in the bottom of my purse.

I just found you the other day from a comment in one of Yvons videos and I am so glad. I forgot to mention in the other video that I found a set of 6 myrtle wood bowls, a set of 6 redwood bowls for a buck a piece at a yard sale and also 2 of those candle holders w/the brass for 5$ for the pair. Mine are myrtle wood and ball shaped. I love anything hand made and have been collecting for years. Started slowly at the beginning of this year to sell online. My studio is all ready now I just need to list more all of my great finds now lol. That’s the hardest part.

Are you familiar with the Italian luxury brand Loro Piana Laura ? I found one of their "Horsey" coats, with vest and hood, in excellent condition , at the local Goodwill for $14 !!!! I once worked at a shop that features luxury brands like Hermes and Loro Piana so am very familiar with the items they make. Happy New Year ! Happy thrifting !
