Yeah when I sell a lot of electronics, I get nervous. For example, just sold a PS3. I tested the crap out of it. The thing works perfectly. Sold it, shipped it, the guy is returning it because he claims the HDMI port doesnt work. But come to realize, he is using a computer monitor, PS3 slims have issues with some monitors. When I told him that, he didnt care, nor would he test it on a television. I even took photos of the thing working on HDMI port and posted it with my listing to prove to the buyer it works via HDMI. But he claims the HDMI port is "shot" BTW, yeah those older CD games. I found a couple of Dreamcast games in the music CD section. GW sometimes just mixes them up with the music CD's. Love finding the old games like that, now if I can only find the console to go with it. Same with laser disc movies, I find those a lot. Wish I could find the player itself...

I only scan the sealed ones, less headaches but then again i don't have a way to recondition the disks.

For the brother printer, you could ask anybody for paper in the store and if you slide the paper inside then you start typing on the machine. Sometime it might have leftover ink inside the machine

Most of our GW is Target returns and priced kind of up there and they mark everything with a sharpie on the items or have a sticker that takes 1/2 hr to remove.

I would of bought that typewriter, reason is because my local GW's has 7 day returns. BTW, I have been thinking of building a GW toolkit to take with me. It would be a backpack filled with items to help me test items at a local GW. For example, power cables for a PlayStation or Xbox, flashlight, loupe, batteries etc. In this case, paper to put in the typewrite so I can plug it in and test it.

lol the cover on the typewriter covers the keyboard. $20 is a pretty good price on those, would've taken it. I've only had one not work, needed a new daisy wheel. Either way check the solds for the model for parts and probably still make a little worst case.

I bought a new with tags disney parks Mary Poppins dress (XL) for like $10 at the thrift and sold it in 1 hour on poshmark for $100 minus poshmark's cut $80 profit. With clothes really depends the item and the size.

Not sure if I missed you getting it but in the games section there was a Escape the Room game (the 4 room edition). A lot of times those are unused or barely used, and they still sell for good money on eBay. Sometimes when they are cheap enough I just grab them so eventually I can make full game sets of new pieces. Think its generally around $40-50 used.

My go-to is Google Shopping when you can't find it on AMZ & Ebay.

I used to sell Wilton cake pans all the time, until my local Goodwill shot up the prices. Used to get them for $1.49, now they charge almost $6 for them. Even the used ones. I still look for Wilton but the only one I look for now is Bobba Fett. I sold that for I believe $60, it's rare. Also, the Wilton cake toolbox. It looks like a regular toolbox from the outside, but it has cake specific accessories on the inside. I picked up a few and sold every one of them for decent profit.

Most cheap turntables have the same cheap plastic platter, tone arm and mechanism. Victor, Crosly and other knock off. Once you see that you can safely know it is junk.

Selling new and used board games on Amazon is coming to an end. They want compliance safety notices on all board games even the ones that are no longer manufactured. How the f am I supposed to get a safety compliance on something that isn't made anymore?
