Hello everyone, my name is Julie and on Thrilled Thrifter you will find that I absolutely love thrift shopping.(Especially for home decor!) I share all things thrift here on my channel to teach you how to go thrifting for your home, family and friends. {I'm not a reseller!} I mostly thrift at Goodwill, yard/garage sales, FB marketplace, antique stores, estate sales and so many other local thrift stores. I believe you can make your home beautiful on a thrifty budget! I will take you on so many thrift with me shopping trips, share my thrift hauls and almost always show you how to use thrift finds in your home. I post every Friday and sometimes on Tuesday. Great idea with set of 4 cups. Not only is it inexpensive but you get to fill it with personalized items and love for the recipient. Makes a more meaningful gift

I love the mirror! Try turning it around with the long part in the back. Elizabeth would be a little closer to it. She's a beautiful young lady!

The mirror looks perfect in that spot. I love the way you shop. You pick up everything and show it to us. So many other KZfaqrs just point the camera and walk on by. It frustrates me cause I want to see up close. lol. You shop like I do. I pick up everything and look at it. Great video!

Hey Julie. I keep meaning to comment on your videos but somehow forget. My daughter told me about your channel. She said mom you have to watch her videos cause you guys are literally the same person. And she was right. We like all the same stuff. From what you buy at Goodwill to Azure. It’s wild. Keep on making your videos it’s a highlight for me. I always say this is my KZfaq little sister.

Because the material was not wide enough to complete the whole diameter, you need to join two pieces of fabrics with a seam. Fabrics are usually 45-55 inches wide, or 60 inches wide in a bolt. Decorators' fabrics could be wider but more expensive, so if you want to make a round tablecloth with regular fabric, you might need to join the 2 pieces (when the circle is wider than the fabric)

So many pretty things at that store. I definitely would have gotten the 4 faith-based mugs and the gnome s/p shakers.....they would make beautiful gifts, as you said. Love that mirror, as well. Tell Elizabeth that she is a beautiful young lady...so pretty. God bless her in her future endeavours once she graduates.

It was hand made, her fabric was not wide enough to cut out a circle. Hence, the seam. She probably put the seam to the back when she used it. It was nice fabric, was it heavy?

Hello the Jenga pieces were probably used at a wedding were the guest can write marriage advice on each piece. My daughter did that at her wedding.

It occurred to me, when you were talking about the dresser Elizabeth wanted..........You can rent a U Haul pickup truck for a pretty reasonable daily rate. Perhaps that would work if you have 2 drivers, to get your other vehicle home, too, when you're on a trip and find something large that you want.

Finally find someone, like yourself, who is NOT a reseller but just enjoys shopping at thrift stores. I also enjoy buying at thrift stores and I am NOT a reseller either. I am a senior citizen and love to go on senior discount days to save even more. It seems like just about everyone on KZfaq going to thrift stores is a reseller and sell for exorbitant prices.

When you pulled out the light green quilt-I was gasping!! It had Cynthia Rowly on the tag. Also the green Christmas ornaments! You always know what to buy. I would have had to call the bank for a loan while I was in the store! Surely that is not everything you bought, is it?

The Churchill plates you picked up said they were made in Colombia on the bottom, so I don’t think they were the equivalents of the comps you were pulling up.

Awe, I'm just outside of Dallas. You definitely chose correctly to go to the Goodwill bc here Salvation Army are absolutely outrageous prices. It was a nice dresser & I really loved those mugs.😊

Ms. Julie...I believe that is a 60 inch round tablecloth. Sometimes they are made that way and you could put the seam part in the back. Love your videos, thanks for sharing 💖

The Washington cutting board is contemporary. They were selling them at Costco back in January 2024 for $20, new. They are fun.

Hi Julie I loved that Goodwill..great prices. I loved the mirror and think it looks fine there. I need to quit buying plates so understood why you left the two blue and white plates. I have that green tablecloth for Christmas and no, it does not have a seam. I like that bathing suit top. You have gotten so little. Too bad about the dresser. Elizabeth will eventually find one.😢 but not for that price maybe. Have a great week. ❤❤❤❤😊

It may have been an larger oval or square and they made into a round. I’ve ddone that when making a tablecloth.

Hi Julie! Hi Elizabeth! I think the mirror would go great for everyone to see in. But then you can go to Dollar tree and get a make-up mirror to sit on the vanity to take up less room. My husband isn't crazy about thrifting, but if there are good movies on sale in the book section LOOK OUT! He's coming through! LoL! I sure do miss my SUV, then I'd be able to checkout the furniture section . Y'all have a great day and we'll see you soon!❤

Hi Julie I loved that big bunny! I love the seaside/beach too. Even like nautical clothing I dont like the grapedecor eigther. I would love to find a bush of lucite grapes thow The placemats would make grate decor, I agree My husband loved to thrift, but was done very quickly. He waited patiently in the car for us I so understand that Elisabeth and you are bumbed out over that furniture. I cant drive a car anymore so when I find good pieces I can never take them, uch... Never good pieces of furniture here I loved the starry trees to. I would have bought them but I m a restorrer so its no problem to fix them Love the big roosterplate at 12.17. I have a farm animal decor kitchen I loved the mugs! Always grate pilows at your stores I would love to find linnens here in ours Love the mirror! Love the more modest bathingsuittop! I am finding that the Goodwill stores here in Dallas the furniture is priced very reasonable the rest of the stuff the price is getting out of hand.

I don’t really know why, but those snowflake glasses really caught my eye. They looked really nice. And the Cynthia Rowley bedspread was really pretty too. I have been looking for a good quality bedspread like that. You just can’t find them anymore. Thanks for sharing!

I really liked the Christmas stool! I love that mirror & where you put it❤ i wish i could find a cloche for $4.99! If I can find one at all its definitely gonna be much more than that🫤 That rocker was sweet! I shop all seasons all year too.. its a smart thing to do, if you can, for sure. I always grab the red berry garlands, you can use them in a garland, cut them to mix in other florals or even make small candle wreaths.. You can use them for all different things. Maybe someone needed the tablecloth to be a little smaller and took it up 🤷‍♀️ its a little weird! The green quilt/bedspread was gorgeous! You are the second person I've seen find one in a Good Will! I sure wish i could find one, i love it❤ And that's all i use on my bed. You picked up some nice things TFS😊

You should have gone to St. Vincent DePaul's of Thrift Giant. I live in the Dallas area but won't set foot in a Goodwill here. WAY too expensive - you happened to get lucky. The prices on hardgoods does depend on the store, but clothes are ridiculous.
