That bike path was pretty rough at first but the wheels are coping well. And so lucky at this crossroad! Wow! Getting a Trip myself too soon!

Surprisingly I like this bike path, especially in reverse (it's faster) for its challenging surface 😁

That is the most common way to lose board. You don't even have to be on the street, small pebel + low speed and there it is. Board riding itself under the car.
