This felt so magical to me, after a while I started feeling so much love and joy and just the urge to let it all out. I've always been oppressed when it comes to communicating and I've been afraid for years to talk about my thoughts, and even small talk was a hard thing for me. I used to be a really talkative child, but due to trauma and abuse I didn't feel alright with expressing myself in any way. Listening to this for the first time just changed my perspective completely, I felt like I could just talk with myself out loud(wich I was never able to do before); and I can't thank you enough for what you've done. I'm sending huge blessings towards you, and warm words of gratitude that I can't even express 🙏 ✨(english is my 2nd language so don't bother about errors)

Those symptoms you describe have to do with root chakra (first chakra) and third chacra. These chakras have malfunctioning in your case. Listen subliminal for first and third chakra! Wish you the best!

Throat chakra I think can help you because I'm suffering through the same thing myself. I'm not sure whether it will work. But throat is actually very powerful, it's connected to our solar as well as our sacral. For me I find it hard to work on my chakras. So if this works out for you. Let me know and good luck.

stardust chris I never met one addict who was actually having fun and regretfully I've had several friends who died from heroin.. .... I hope you really do overcome this ..my dad was an alcohol addict who really really struggled and tried to heal himself many times by going off of booze for over a 1/2 year at a time. when he died at age 69 he looked like an 83 year old man .I have been very blessed because I have never had any addictions other than just a hot cup of tea.. ... one of the many things I wanted to do if I was rich is to have real true drug rehabs not like these centers that basically are like a mill where you'll be back again . ...and I wanted to staff them with real Buddhist llamas and and teachers and to help them learn to meditate and even do a little bit of yoga to help them with their struggles .. I wanted people to also learn about natural ways of healing from addiction instead of Big Pharma drugs which I find so ironic since many of them are killing and damaging people. ..I wanted it to be a place of real healing ..a very beautiful place and not just for the rich. SLEEP IN THE STARS.

Please correct me if I am wrong but, is listening to these subliminal messages kind of filling your brain with false positives. Don't you feel like you have to earn these thoughts for them to fit naturally in your life and actually integrate properly. I feel as if listening to these would make you further blind to what needs to be achieved because it puts a nice band aid over what your feeling?
