Wondering if Throne of Glass is Worth it? NO spoilers! It's a valid question, given that it is 8 books long and collectively more than 5000 pages long. Here's my breakdown of what I thought, how I went about reading it, and my recommendations for your own TOG reading journey.

I just started reading this series and I started with Assassin's Blade. It was a slow start for me but I agree, I appreciate understanding Celeana's past first. Hoping the rest of the series picks up a bit.

It definitely picks up! But I agree it was a slow start for me too, especially the prequel.

I’m having a hard time reading assasin’s blade. I lost interest in it because I read throne of glass and crown of midnight. I rather skip the prequel book and go straight to heir of fire.

Thank you so much for this very helpful video! I was very hesitant to read Throne of Glass because ACOTAR wasn't quite the series for me, but after watching your video, I think I'm willing to give TOG a try☺Lots of my friends LOVE this series, and say the tandem read is quite fun

Really liked your review! I stayed away from these books for SO long... I caved and here I am having finished Kingdom of Ash at the start of this month. These books really do take you on a journey! The amount of times It makes you shed tears or your breath is caught lpl
