You should fill in and smooth the walls in the garage photo studio area to make it clean. Yeah, can photoshop those lines out, but it would save time in post.

I am no expert but I believe to properly store champagne (and wine?) it is supposed to be stored with the top angled down so the cork always stays wet. This allows the cork to stay expanded not allowing any of the...gas(?) to escape preventing it from going flat. It also needs to stay cooled which you are already doing. . I learned this from an episode of Pawn Stars where a guy had a 100 year old bottle of champagne. They brought in a pro and, due to improper storage, the authentic bottle was worth nothing.
