All he wanted to do was make his mom proud. She passed away while he was on top of the world. By the time is 3rd album came out, Kanye was everywhere. I still remember seeing college dropout CDs for sale at target the year it came out. The Jesus walks music video use to play on MTV2 frequently. While I don’t agree with everything he says, I’ll always support him. His first 3 albums got me through some tough times, and for that I’m grateful.
