To be fair, when he's imposter he gets voted off immediately even if he hasn't done anything, and a dead imposter has even less to do than a dead crewmate. At least as crew he can shit around and annoy people, depending on who the imposters are they'll just leave him alone, and if he gets voted off for no reason he can choose to drag the game out and sabotage his traitorous crew by not doing his tasks. Being crew is way more fun when your lobby is so sick of your shit that they just vote you off as soon as possible.

Honestly man I’m a gig worker on the side and what I’ve learned is that sometimes you have to be unapologetic about growing your brand. I hand out business cards for my pianist business like candy and I do my best to be genuine and provide an amazing service. There’s nothing wrong with putting out good content while also getting that bread and growing your brand and anyone who tells you otherwise doesn’t know what it’s like to create.
