We've all heard about it happening but I don't see it as often as I might like. Dumpster food hauls! If you've seen me get excited over a couple mini chocolate bars, you'll know I was jazzed at finding this dumpster food score. Yes it was out of a residential bin so technically this wasn't a 'dumpster', but the spirit of the concept remains. It's free food from the garbage! Of course there was plenty of other good stuff today too, and we made some money so there's that. Check it out and see, it's another trashy adventure!

The microwave popcorn won't pop after awhile because it dries out. it's the moisture (steam) that causes the pop. No moisture, no steam, no pop.

Here's a recipe for the chicken....fix Stovetop stuffing, add a can of chicken and cream of mushroom soup. Mix all together, top with cheese and put in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes and you have yourself a chicken and stuffing casserole.

I use that type of chicken in with noodles and veggies, or make a chicken salad, that can be used in sandwiches, you can put it in stew, make chicken tacos, or burritos, there are lots of uses, and it’s great protein for those cold days, google recipes and find ones that suit your taste, keep up the good work, wish I had those cans, my daughter literally devours anything that I make with that kind of chicken.

Take that chicken, add some mayo, those cranberries and pumpkin seeds. Maybe some celery and or onion. Boom! Chicken salad :)

Genre: 90's alternative and grunge. Really enjoyed this video, subscribed. For the cans of chicken, I make homemade chicken broth with bones, skin, trimmings and sometimes some thighs, with carrots, celery and onions, and freeze in 1 cup servings . If you feel so inclined, add the canned chicken into the broth makings and freeze after straining. At least not wasting.

Take the flakes chicken rinse it little oil brown . Add Pasta sauce heat flower tortillas just to soften make rice or leftover rice put mixture in tortilla add cheese any roll like burrito use tooth pick to hold closed crisp in oil enjoy my kids called them pizza rolls they are awesome oh you can use can pork to

You could use your canned meats in soups if you are into making up a big pot full of homemade stuff !! It is very economical. Otherwise, donate them to a no kill animal shelter.

suggestion: the food bank happily takes the canned food even if it's a bit past expiry. I usually keep a bag on hand and drop off when I'm at the grocery store as they have drop boxes in most major stores. Canned meat/protein is hard to come by for them.

Chicken flakes sounds... Delightful. I like the music you use, it's about your music taste and what you think suits your videos. I'm in to a mix of music too. Also have you thought about putting a little heat sachet inside your gloves? I could make you some if you wanted.

I appreciate the thought, thank you! I wouldn't use something like that though, no matter what sort of energy it uses it's gonna need some kind of fuel and fuel is a consumable resource which means it costs something to maintain and its one more thing to remember. I'm happy doubling up the gloves and throwing them out when they're worn through. If I ever find electric gloves in the trash though I'll use them till I lose them ;)

Much better to do that in the freezing cold then a 100 degrees heat on top of high humidity of the summer.. Like we have here in Florida. You can always bundle up and it's not so bad. With this kind of heat you Sweat within 5 minutes of stepping outside and there is not much you can do to escape it. I use to work in this heat and I could hardly get anyone to come out and partner up and get some jobs done, and I was making excellent money. 😂🤣😂🤣

I would see if the cat likes the canned chicken. It's so nice to see the snow falling and the cold weather there. I'm in Florida and the temp. outside now is *58 at 1AM.

I've heard that freezing the popcorn will cause it to sweat(like a cold drink on a hot day) when brought in. and will pop. It's worth a try..since you have freezing conditions there

microwave popcorn = gross, did you know you can take regular popcorn and just put it in a paper bag and microwave it? it's cheap, works great and doesn't have all the artificial crap on it, just add what you like. I love your videos for the same reason i love going to garage sales and metal detecting, you just never know what will turn up.

Have you ever thought to use a medium to small backpack while you dive? It would keep your back warmer in winter and give you space for product boxes, books and nik naks etc. I also like your musical choices, so keep doing the thing and good luck...

buy some hot shot hand warmers u can put in your gloves or sew some fleece inside.make sure the gloves are not tight or you wont be able to circulatre heat.

I started the same way, I only did it when I was in a different city haha! These days I'm almost completely shameless. Get home -> check the neighbors bins. At a friend's place -> check the bins. Go shopping -> check the bins. It's a numbers game. You just need to heck everything and after some practice you'll find a few honey holes that you go back to whenever you're nearby, but you only find them when you check everything. I was picking with a friend this morning and we stopped at a Tim Hortons/7-11 to use the bathroom and checked the bin when we left, ended up with a few bucks in bottles and a box full of snacks and sandwiches.
