We make chicken and vegetable thukpa when we want some comfort food. Garnishing with chopped spring onions and boiled and halved egg is nice too if you don't have momos. A few drops of sriracha chilly sauce works wonders.

Thank you for not putting jeera dhania masala and besar (turmeric powder) in your thukpa. Most Indian and some Nepali you tubers are putting these things and making it in to a "noodle curry" and calling it thukpa. If you want to eat curry, then make curry, why destroy the simple taste of thukpa.
