41:26 It looked really good, I think it’s missing chopped garlic, finely diced onion, dried basil to start off, add your baby spinach after adding your cream sauce, a bit of organic liquid chicken stock and some of those Mediterranean Vine Tomatoes to finish it off. If you using a different sauce, add sun dried tomatoes instead. A nice garlic toast to enjoy with it. 🤌🏽🔥 Your guest would love it.

That’s one of the biggest life adjustments I’ve had to make when vlogging… music! I too always play music when doing things. Especially cooking and cleaning but when vlogging, doing those things silently is so weird lol.

Don’t worry we all lie in those spinning classes.. that bike gets wayyy to hot on the thighs. However I do encourage you do the class at minimum 3 times a week. As you said it helps loose weight very fast and very helpful with toning too. It is difficult it the begging to get in its routine but once you have the rhythm- the results are shortly after you

54:26 It really doesn't matter to me if you don't engage with my posts on social media. We all have our own ways of using these platforms, and I understand that not everyone is constantly liking or commenting on posts. Personally, I rarely like or comment on my friends' posts either, and if I miss something, it's not a big deal to me. friendship is built on much more than social media interactions. The important thing is the real connection we have. Social media is just a small part of our lives, and it shouldn't define our friendship.

It mattered briefly that I have friend and acquaintances that know I have fairly new KZfaq channel and haven't bothered to Subscribe or Like. It mattered briefly because I know that my channel will grow organically. It used to also annoy me that some view without engaging BUT then I thought, yeah, they're contributing to watch time. Funny but sad enough, I also stopped watching it after that episode as well and I did not go back till weeks later. It got too much for me. The Queer version of the Ultimatum is a second runner-up to RSA's version. My favourite Janet song has to be "Funny How Time Flies", it's such stupid song. I recently just watched a Liberace doc and I will check out the movie.
