Still my favorite treadmill run! During Swedish winter or now, when I'm trying to get going again after a hiatus, but don't want to risk having to crawl back home 😏 Thanks Greg and Treadmill TV!

The Blerch got me on this one. Had to walk after that huge incline halfway through. Next time I won't have a doughnut at the office and try to get through this mesmerizing trail in one try!

Love this trail, but the sunlight strobe in the beginning almost triggered me; now I start about 15 minutes in due to seizures. Thanks for sharing.
