Moon's displacer is starting to look every bit as lethal as his thundergod. Now all that's left is to pick up MoS and he'll cement his place as the overall greatest Raiden player ever. Insane to think about.

I knew from the start if you pick thunder God you'd have won the set easily but I don't know why oinkee was not punishing you when you were on negatives, I mean he can punish you with full combo but he wasn't 🤷🏻

@@NphiniT Kotal is one of the few characters where 1 or 2 mistakes will kill you. I’d be able to do SO much more if his b1, b3, defense totem and ex pizza never got nerfed…I’m not upset about 4-5 against the best Raiden since Rewind -Oink 🐷

I came across moonbreathing a few days ago in player match and was surprised at myself that I actually beat him a few times and made him switch to thunder god from displacer. He ended up winning a bunch straight with thunder god but I’d like to run it back after I learn the matchup a little better

Kotal’s run isn’t fast enough to rush down to continue pressure. He can wake up poke or wu armor n I die. Better to stay neutral and keep in corner w God ray.

I have ALWAYS hated how bad they nerfed his defensive totem, it was his only defensive option as the only person in the entire game with no armor

Oinkee makes this totem still powerful at fullscreen utilising sun ray as well to heal up and will also parry your projectiles very strong Kotal and respected kotal in the commuity for sure

u cant make this totem good cuz it stays up for such a short time 1 of the things that made this totem good was it used to cut 2 full combos in half I saw a kung lao player land 2 full combo's and the damage was 13% and 15% and the entire time it was up it like super filled the meter now it last was 3 secs?

They nerfed Kotal so bad nobody plays him anymore. Defense totem nerfed, dmg totem nerfed, b3 nerfed, b1 nerfed, pizza AND ex pizza nerfed, both sword tosses nerfed, and overhead armor launcher w War God got nerfed too. All his strings are either duckable or punishable. NRS should be ashamed of themselves for nuking this character when there’s a million other things in the game more broken. Just delete the character at that point cus he’s no longer viable in high level gameplay unless you’re Oinkee.

Raiden thunder variation is best for MKX as long as Raiden is truly as easy to play as he ever was. I loved MKX from beginning. Every body does that like I do. On behalf of Raiden Fan club I in real want in this coming Evo tournament. I know some where in the world people still playing is still playing MKX right now. I believe it because since I know myself I can imagine others feel the same too. I want to see him in heavy Bicep in action in different costume. I want see a new version of MKX Cartoon. Despite being ugly as hell as lacking the atmosphere of the 2D MK games, this game is so good. The gameplay is amazing. MK11 and by the looks of it 1 are pathetic in comparison. Only stupid things about this game are Kombat kids and calling Sektor Triborg when it’s obviously just a spare body for Sektor.
