Try pressure washer forming a spherical shape. With 2 flat sheets of thin gauge metal welded together with a fitting added that you can hook to a pressure washer to fill it. Makes a nice sphere.

Take apart a baseball down to the leather pieces trace those cut them out of metal and then tig weld together,sand and polish
