Thundersnow hits in Boston while our Reynolds Wolf is live! Let's just say Jim Cantore is a little jealous.

I'm pretty sure he faked those. This one was most likely real. There are several ways you can tell. The most obvious one is the lights in the background. In this footage they stay consistent. In Jim's footage they get SUPER bright. What is happening there in Jim's footage most likely is that the cameraman is messing with the white balance/exposure to make everything get bright.

RoyalGaming Well, I doubt Jim actually lied about the thundersnow itself. I'm sure it was taking place. It was just way in the distance. Which is why we don't hear it on his clips that well... if at all. Seriously, use some common sense, if the lighting effect wasn't faked then that would mean the lightning struck almost right on top of them. We would have heard a VERY loud boom before he even started jumping around and stuff. Media do this kind of stuff all the time. I often seen media show up late for an event or set up wrong for one... then afterward ask the participants to reenact parts of what took place. It isn't that uncommon. Jim was most likely set up too far from the thundersnow to get it on camera that well. So, they "reenacted" it. Though, imo he may have gone a bit too far.

Not faked, I've been in one of these storms before.. they are strikingly, if you'll beautiful excuse the pun :) ..and scary! When I was in it, about 3-4 strikes within 10 minutes or so

Plymouth and Boston are towns here in the UK! Plymouth is in Devon, and Boston is in Lincolnshire

I am seriously thinking of becoming a storm chaser, you get thrill and it seems like a blast, it may be dangerous but if you play it smart and stay a decent distance away from anything like tornadoes you should be fine

He reacted to the thunder which came in delay because obviously light travels faster than sound as I'm sure you know. He may have not even seen the flash of lightning with the camera light and focusing on what he was doing, but he heard the thunder.
