I like this design with the denim on the bottom of the bag. Denim can withstand being at the base of the purse where the patchwork would be destroyed. I learned a new zipper technique here! 😊 I also liked quilting the pieces as one unit. Very nice.❤

One of the best purse tutorials I've EVER watched!! I'm going to make a couple of these as Christmas 2024 gifts. Good rainy day for sewing is coming up. I'll get all my squares cut this week. Great video and the colors are great. My only wish is that you talked during the video instead of listening to music and put the measurements in inches. I don't 'get' the metric system.

Try looking up the equivalent?It may seem daunting but much of the world uses metric and the conversion is easy

Use a ruler marked in both inches and centimeters.

There are 30cm to a foot,-12", 15cm to 6"' 10cm to 4", 5 cm to 2", 4:30 and 2.5cm to an inch. So for 28cm it's almost 11", and 31cm is just over 12" hope this helps everyone.
