The very first live show of THY CATAFALQUE was recorded in August 2021, during the Fekete Zaj festival in Hungary. 26 Musicians performed 15 songs from Thy Catafalque’s discography which is now captured on this unique Blu-ray.

I've always thought ThyC were one of a couple bands that did programmed drums "right" so to speak, but was always curious what they would sound like if Tamas were to bring in live drums. This entire performance is everything I could have hoped for from them and more.

This is the first song I heard of Thy Catafalque and it makes me a bit emotional up hear this absolutely beautiful version of this song I‘d never thought to hear live, ever. I’d be so happy if I’d be able to be at one of the shows someday! Thank all the musicians that made this real!

nem gondoltam volna, h élőben sikerül ennyire organikusan megszóltaltatni a dalokat. sokkal több nézettséget és elimerést érdemel a produkció ennél. nem szeretek kiemelni dolgokat, de bálint vokálja elképesztő, mint ahogy a dob is. libabőr. ugyanakkor andrás vokálja inspirált megint, h elővegyem a sear bliss albumokat.

It's been some time since i got to know thy catafalque but this is actually the first time i see them perform live. Using 2 guys to growl is awesome but few bands makes use of that Edit: I mean ONLY singing/screaming and not playing any instruments

@@NEFARIVM He meant that this was a special performance, first TC concert ever with 25 guest musicians + the man behind the project, Tamás Kátai. Since then they have a normal live lineup including 4 vocalists.
