Mam, എനിക്ക് thyroid problem ഉണ്ട്. ഓരോ മാസവും വെവ്വേറെ result ആണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു മാസം TSH 3.2 ആണങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത മാസം TSH 0.4 . ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞു 3 days 50 and 4 days 100 കഴിക്കാൻ . ആദ്യത്തെ മാസം ഇത്പോലെ കഴിച്ചപ്പോൾ TSH 3.2 ആണ് അതേ പോലെ അടുത്ത മാസം കഴിച്ചപ്പോൾ TSH 0.4 ആയി. എല്ലാ മാസവും ഇതുപോലെ TSH മാറിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുവാണ്. പ്രെഗ്നൻസി try ചെയ്യുന്നു . ഇനി ഞാൻ പ്രെഗ്നന്റ് ആയാൽ അത് എന്റെ കുഞ്ഞിനെ ബാധിക്കുമോ? Plzzzzzzz plzzzz plzzzzzz ഒന്ന് rply തരണേ നല്ല വിഷമവും പേടിയും ഉണ്ട് 🙏😭

Maybe your T4 is not getting converted to T3. Maybe there is a conversion, but not the right T3. Proper amount of the right T3 helps with the metabolism. Eat lots of garlic and onion. 2-3 Brazil nuts a day is also good. Ask your doctor. Sometimes, your thyroid problems are secondary to other issues. Are you allergic to gluten? If you are allergic, then eating foods with gluten (rye, barley, wheat and its products including maida) may aggravate the situation. Do you have enough Vitamin A & D? (Overdose can lead to toxicity too) Sometimes, these deficiencies are caused by thyroid issues or vice-versa. Stress can be a factor too. For some people, Armour Thyroid (desiccated pig thyroid) works well. Please talk to your doctor for a detailed blood test. Each person's situation is unique.
