As sir said my daughter was studied DAV Gopalapuram school while she was studying 3rd standard they called me PT meeting same incident happened to us also in meeting they called specifically us and warned she got less marks. We asked how much usually she used to score around 98 but in that meeting they reflected 92 she took and given pressure but after came from meeting I told my wife don't give pressure her all time always no one can win. Educate her that's all since they are big school they will see results. It's real fact only sir. 💯 % it's happening but teachers are very much tensed because of management. It's so unfortunate that many teachers don't realize that they r actually 2nd parents for students. And those who r not passionate about teaching come over either it is a time pass or a means to earn for their livelihood. Kids need a loving and firm teacher who can listen to them when they are in trouble. I ve seen many teachers who can counsel and guide their students in a right path...But the point is the percentage is less in this case. Many only teach their subject and go away . No connection whatsoever between the students and teacher. This needs to change. Another factor now is , the attitude of the parents towards the teaching faculty has changed drastically. Students , probably 0.1 %take this as an advantage to reprimand them when they have a grudge towards the teacher. Which I feel is scary and in future this reason might lead to lack of availability of candidate for the teaching profession. Good this profession has been taken up for discussion. Many awareness is necessary to make changes in attitude of teachers, students and parents.
