Am so proud of my kenyan heritage but moreover am blessed that a member of the Meru community. I haven't visited but God willing I soon will and hopefully be able to add to my kikuyu name as for now I will enjoy and learn from the music. Surprisingly enough am picking up the lyrics fast.

I am sooo elated to hear this. There have been songs (secular), yes, but their message has not captured an aspect of music maturity that this song does. The sound is griot like, the mood he sets is one that makes you tap your leg as the beat of the heart keeps pace with the lyrics which are deep and well researched. Kamanu I salute thee
