A bit of nostalgic memories and gratitude from me. The owners of this hotel were the real hero of my marriage in 1991. My wedding was on May 24, 1991 in Trichy and as some of you may recall on May 21 Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated. In the 1990s you don't have cell phones/credit cards or such and due to complete collapse of everything after the assassination, cooking for the wedding became a question mark. Late Mr Sathyavageeswaran of Athigudi club (I think he is the brother of the person talking in the video first) provided all the groceries they had and the people who were working there at that time helped with the cooking and the marriage went through. But for their timely help- I am still wondering what could have happened. We visited the hotel in 2014 I believe and ate their special -Aadai. Now we are settled down in Canada and when we come to Trichy we will definitely go there. Rolling Sirrr - please pass the message to the owners if you get a chance please!

I am now 39 years old and over 30 years ago I used to eat breakfast here because my dad had a shop nearby. I always get 1 dosa and 1 sweet both use to be 2.50 rupees. Akkaravadisal is my all time favourite dish.🤗

Aadikudi Coffee Club::: Since last 90 years this hotel is running in Trichy in the same taste. Hotel looks a neat and hygienic. There are so many food varieties available here and different types of sweet items also in different days. In short, Trichy people are so lucky.

very delightful to see pure homely vegetarian restaurants surviving and succceeding. Salute to all the workers in the restaurant and the owners.Listening to the Head chef makes me think that I need to stay at least a week to taste all the daily special dishes.
