I can truely as an owner acknowledge it.. i have ridden it till 165kmph.. the car doesn't loses its ground.. Whereas i was driving my friend's baleno at 120kmph & i could feel it that the car was feeling airy. I had to slow myself down

We are lucky in Kolhapur city in Maharashtra. Service here is excellent. My 3 year old Tiago still runs like butter and is well maintained by service center. They do every thing as per your request. They updated my ECU on request despite my car not being in the update list.

Service depends upon each service centre. I had good experience with service centre

I hv also Tata Tigor diesel & mileage on highway is 29 to 32 km/ltr tank to tank not by MID. In hilly area 23km/ltr Agree issue with service centers, but 80-85 % there is no need to major calls, only perfect service is sufficient on time. Kyoki Tata products me dum h...

I am using AMT since 2017. Faced issues with steering multimedia command and engine mounting. But for features,safety and quality at this price some glitch is ok...

मेरे चाचा टाटा मोटर्स में ही है। वो हमेशा टाटा की गाड़ियाँ इसीलिए लेने से मना करते है। मगर अभी सौभाग्य से उनके एक दोस्त ने टाटा के सर्विस सेंटर में काम करना शुरू किया है तो अब कोई दिक्कत नही है। मेरे घर मे पापा के पास और ससुराल में Nexon है। एकदम धांसू गाड़ियाँ है ,कोई कंप्लेन नही। और अब तो सर्विस का भी कोई लफड़ा नही है। टाटा वालों को सर्विस का कुछ करना होगा। बाकी अभी की जनता जागरूक है। कंप्लेन ठोक ठोक के ,ट्विटर, फेसबुक आदि पर लिख लिख के सर्विस सेंटर वालों को सीधा कर देती है। प्रोडक्ट में कोई खामी नही, सर्विस का हम देख लेंगे लेकिन प्रोडक्ट भारतीय ही लेंगे। वैसे भी महिंद्रा में इसके टक्कर का कोई प्रोडक्ट फिलहाल है नही वरना सर्विस के हिसाब से वो बहुतों पर 20 पड़ती है।

Such negative feedbacks is why I decided to stay away from Tata and go for XUV300. Most of my friends have similar complaints from Tata. Fantastic product, pathetic service.

मेरे पास टियागो 2018(डीजल) है और 50000 किमी चला चुका हूं बहुत ही अच्छी कार है, सर्विस भी ठीक है ( मेरठ में) इतनी समस्याएं भी नहीं है जितनी लोग बता रहे हैं। अभी तक कोई प्रोब्लम नहीं है, माइलेज भी जबरदस्त है।

Information about service is perfectly true, Its really very pathetic service I experienced being a first time car buyer & owner of Tiago, Service provided by Sagar Motors, Noida, Sector 5 is really poor and irresponsible. Product is no doubt exceptional in its segment.

में टियागो का यूजर हु। गाड़ी बहुत ही बढ़िया है। नजदीकी सर्विस सेंटर हलद्वानी (उत्तराखंड) है, सर्विस बहुत ही बेकार है। लेकिन मेरठ में श्री वासु दिल्ली रोड पर बहुत ही बढ़िया सर्विस होती है।। आप करा सकते है। मेरठ में सर्विस का मेरा एक्सपीरिएंस बहुत ही बढ़िया रहा।

I myself was a Tata Indica user but this is my knowledge I am sharing with you guys that Tata cars do have something or the other problems with their cars then it's battery, tyres, power windows or any electrical issues and service center people are not that good means I never had any satisfaction.... But that's not case with Nexa service center as 1 st of all there is never a problem with Suzuki or Honda or Hyundai cars and their service center are very nice here in Mumbai. Plus resale value is to low of Tata cars compared to other brands cars

भाई नमस्ते कैसे हो, टाटा सर्विस सेंटर पर ऐसा लगता है जैसे नए नए लोग सर्विस का काम सीखकर आते है, पता नही सीखते भी है या नही, बस भर्ती कर लेते है। सारा दिन इधर उधर घूमने में ही चला जाता है काम तो करते नही है।

I am from sonipat . I have tata nano and Renault duster and service centre of tata in sonipat is pathetic...Their service is so poor...They don't know how to service....After that I go to gurgaon for service my car. I don't trust on device centre in sonipat. I took my duster to chandigarh for regular service.

I have bad experience with Hyundai emergency service, mechanic refused to come and later even stopped picking up phone, we were stuck at 2 am with family and in other instance Hyundai Authorised Service Center executive tried to convince me to change throttle body sensor for 13000, whereas local mechanic just cleaned it for 300 rupees and resolved the issue

I am very happy with tata service here in pune. I hv tiago xz+ Its better than maruti i can say the staff here is politie n understand every thing of customer. Maruti service people dont give a damn abt problems n they are always in hurry. I think i made a wise decision buying tiago for my daily use n m happy. Come to pune after corona i will share my views. Staysafe!

I seldom replies on YT, but this particular review forced me up to write. I never saw a more honest review of Tata Tiago than this. I am having an XZA since April'17 and love the car a lot. As a product it's great, but as mentioned in this review, After Sales Service of Tata kills the ownership experience. Plus, they ensure that it didn't go for a rebirth! I'll be honest here just like the owner in review... We were in market for a spacious 7-seater and liked Hexa a lot. But on suggestion of elders in family, I had to pick their small car first (for another requirement in family). And you know what, we saved 14 Lakhs! Thanks to Tiago, the experience proved so bad, that a loss of 6 Lakhs is not pinching, as we saved 14 Lakhs... :D

Service issue bahut hai tata k saath. I went to service center for alignment of my tigor, the guy who had the password for allignment computer was not present, service representative told me hum bahar alignment karwa lenge. I told that I will go with mechanic to see where alignment is done. They told that customers are not allowed. When mechanic took car for test ride and told ki mai alignment karwa k la raha hu, I quickly entered my car's back seat and told I want to see. Phir wo bolne laga sir alignment k liye nahi nikala hu but check karne k liye nikala hu ki koi aur problem to nahi hai. When service was about to complete then that person who was responsible to do alignment came and did his job. Agar mai check nahi karta to wo log alignment k paise bhi le lete aur alignment karte bhi nahi. Engine oil bhi unsealed bottle se daalne ja raha tha but I told him to fill it from brand new sealed container. Mai bhi tata employee hu aur janta hu ki tata ka service is worst not only in automotive but other sectors as well, I faced service issues in my voltas ac as well. They need to bring reforms, ye sarkari culture band karna hoga inko. I wonder un customers k saath kya hota hoga jo apni gadi service center walo k bharose chor k aate hai ya phir aram se customer lounge mai baithe rehte hai.

Such practice r common. In free serving, all brake cleaning are free and included in free schedule but they wrongly charge in the name of overhauling or replacement of brake pads etc. So be careful.

Service wale bahut loot-te hain. I have eeco Maruti. When I visited for second service it was written that they have to check the alignment, if out get it rectify. But I was standing next to my car and the alignment was ok. But I was shocked to see they have applied the full charge. Secondly there was miscellaneous chaarge also in the bill which was waived off after I strongly condemned. And I complained regarding the alignment. The service manager also waived it.

In jabalpur m.p Service center is third class, You need to visit 3 to 4 times to get solution of a single issue, they are illiterate, local mechanics are far better, Every time they break something or put scratches on the body in each and every service, and also they do not accept their mistake ,that's why I suggest you to click some pictures of your car in the centre only before leaving the vehicle .. I have 2 tata cars dicor and zest both are top model For example-: they dislocate the Lord ganesha idol placed on the dashboard in every service and every time I have to purchase the new one, in last service of my safari they broke the belts of last row seats ( both ) ... I want to tell many things about service centre torture that I'm facing since 2011 Products are fantastic no doubt Service centre is worst worst worst
