This is what incompatibility looks like. I’ve been here. Lots of sadness for something that just wasn’t meant to be
@queenxlilith25863 жыл бұрын
I’m curious to know what “incompatibility” looks like because I’ve felt this way and the feeling fades and I’m in love all over again. This has been a vicious cycle for many years. I do feel that (maybe) it could be me or that the union may be toxic but I would love to hear what you have to say if you have time. ❤️
@ThePixma983 жыл бұрын
Same here, i've never felt this much of uncertainty, sucks when you felt that the person you loved turned out to be something else but he still wants you to be his...
@korettag3 жыл бұрын
Hey there happy holidays! My marriage and relationship w/ my ex husband was incompatible. We should not have been together as I learned many years later I’m a Scorpio & he’s an Aries. We are oil and water. We did not mix and even after 20+ years of knowing each other and sharing a son we still do not mix. Whenever he gets a chance he takes a stab at me. I on the other hand am very happy I’m not with him and no longer feel the vitriol I once felt for him because my life is my own now. We had good times fun times intimate times but it was not sustainable. When you’re in a toxic relationship you will feel all these things but you’re always left with the feeling that you aren’t really experiencing a healthy relationship and that there’s more to life. I’m not saying to leave your partner because dating is very difficult outside of long term relationships but for me I could not survive much longer in my marriage or I’d probably go mad. This feeling is so poignantly described in this song. This song is so painful to listen to. It would help to know you and your partners zodiac signs and go from there...

Thank you for the encouragement. Everyone else is getting the vibe to move on. I'm feeling the same tension, but I want to fight for my relationship. Maybe we just need to go to a different place/space?
@queenxlilith25863 жыл бұрын
I believe in this and thank you for sharing because the past seven months have been a struggle for my marriage. I would like to add something though (my personal realization)... growing in a relationship requires a partnership and agreement to move forward TOGETHER. What we aren’t taught is that once our partner stops trying there is only so much we can do to keep moving forward. Of course we all see potential in our mates but what we need to learn ourselves, because everyone is different, is when AND if our partner has left the partnership. Relationships or marriages are just the surface, it’s what everyone on the outside can see, they’re titles. A partnership is the glue that bonds, it’s what pushes us to do better and what completes the union. When do we learn when to exit? I don’t say “let go” because that embodies “giving up” when there are rough times amidst. “Exiting” a partnership feels more like there were definite signs that the union wasn’t moving forward towards a positive goal and never will.

I think she'd be classified as Neo-soul! The last time I thought of R&B was the 90's, when artists cared about the lyrics as well as the music. Neo-soul are the up and coming artists who are bringing that R&B sound back! Think about when Joe, Tank, New Edition, Whitney Houston, Lauryn Hill, etc were making music. The industry fell off for a bit, but we as consumers demanded more and thankfully, they heard us. New artists, like her, deserve the Neo-soul category to separate them from some of the junk that passes for R&B now. This song blew me AWAY!!

I've listened to this song for months. Just saw the video today. It hurts to see the visual of the feelings. When you want something so bad but it just doesn't fit any more....it hurts because it's too real... damn...

This song is so beautiful. The subtleness of the beat. The note selection. The emotion in her voice. The lyrics.

I’m obsessed 😍 Love when artist write my feelings. This is exactly what I “tried” to tell my ex. It was like bipolar love 😩 Let that toxic shit go, no matter how bad it hurts. You’ll do and find better. #Trust&Believe
