Tiana's Bayou Adventure is a log flume ride attraction set to replace Splash Mountain in Critter Country at Disneyland and Frontierland at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. The ride is opening on June 28, 2024 at the Magic Kingdom and later in 2024 at Disneyland (the same year that the television series Tiana debuts on Disney+), in honor of The Princess and the Frog's 15th anniversary celebration.
The story takes place after the ending of the film around 1927. Tiana's Palace has become enough of a success that Tiana and Naveen decided to expand their business and establish an employee owned food cooperative, Tiana's Foods, which has purchased an old salt mine to serve as a headquarters. As Tiana prepares to host a large party for Mardi Gras, she and the guests journey into the bayou to find musical critters for the celebration.
