Woe is me!- In that I neglected (my duty) towards Allah, and was but among those who mocked أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ "Or (lest) it should say: 'If only Allah had guided me, I should certainly have been among the righteous Quran .islam---->

Sorry that you are so low. I've been there believe me. It didn't go in one day but took me 2 years to lift up away from hurt. Life and people are cruel. I lost my father at age 12. My best friend passed away when we were 19. My mom died from cancer at 59. My ex girlfriend died from a brain tumor at 35 years old. Life can sure have a certain way of testing us. Although I've lost so many loved ones, I just turned 40 years old myself. Yet, I woke up this morning and thanked God for the opportunity to tell you that you're perfect just the way you are and although times get tough and life seems unfair just know that you are loved no matter what.

These fews day i've been following the Israel and Palestine conflic news because have a lot of people from my country working in Israel have arrest and killed.. i even watch the video that make my heart and soul broken. Finding some help to heal my mind. May peace happen to them
