Thank you! I needed this. Also, I want to say that peace is not the same as happiness. Think of this: a bully beats an innocent child until he's bleeding. The bully is happy of what he's just done, but the child is sad and in pain. But the bullied kid has peace, because he knows he did nothing wrong and has his mind at ease. Life's too short to lose it for things like money, business and rumors. All we have to do is to canalize our energy for making good in this world, for finding peace and for "booking" our place in Heaven. Then, after 80-100 years of pain, we'll have true happiness.

O muzica excelenta!Îți trece pe dinaintea ochilor,toată viața trăita pînă în acest moment al ascultării acestei melodii atît de profundă si lentă in acelaș timp.Ceva plăcut si de nedescris de frumos.Trezește simțăminte ale sufletului uitate in timp, intrun colt îndepărtat al inimi. Un dor de ducă spre cunoașteri noi ale orizonturilor vieții atît de scurte.Muzica asta te înaripează, te întărește dar te face sa privești cu regret în urmă, a vieții care a trecut si continua să treacă atît de repede,repede...Te vezi copil, apoi adolescent,tînăr îndrăgostit...Naiv,naivă.... Totul se perindă in minte cu frînturi de imaginii plăcute si mai puțin plăcute....Umbre ale trecutului...Eul nostru plutește pe aripile acestei meditative melodie...De ce muzica asta te face pentru un moment nemuritor ca apoi sa ne trezim cu sufletul pustiit de dor si de neîmpliniți....mai bătrîni, neajutorați,triști muritori....

Stay strong ! An old Chinese proverb : It is easier to defeat 1000 men in battle than to defeat oneself! I personally use the Wim Hof method. This is not a commercial. Since 1986 I struggled with a back injury. My life felt ruined. Now after a year and a half of breathing, commitment, and cold showers I'm stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally then I ever have been.Wishing you much love and peace during this new paridime that we're entering.
