You are not your emotions. This is the lesson I really need to learn because a lot of the time my anger controls me and I become one with my anger. The essence of me is separate from my thoughts and emotions.

Essence : See your worries as third person , this will calm your mind and make your decision best 👌. In reality this was my previous theory .I also used it in anger but sometimes unable to extinguish it . After seeing video , Improved Essence Version 😅: Realise your calm state and its goal , then , anything which disturbs your calm state ' s goal ( Goal should be in accordance with Dharma ) is disturbance and instigated by certain situation and person , this is obstacle , now , split your current state of mind and calm state , watch it and realise how much changes it make in your calm state . Analyze result and choose whether to succumb or win over it or make special laws in certain situation because sometimes , change is needed in calm state . My calm state 's goals :- My obligations towards family , nation and god Good manners - To care about whether my actions do adverse effects to others and if , then , whether consequences are in accordance with dharma or not and even if they are , then whether I can forgive him if consequences are bad . Sometimes , consequences do good to others even if actions are ruthless like punishments can change some to bad or right . Taking obligations as your goals and responsibilities and not as burden . For peace of mind , I can't stop doing good works or doing them for peace of mind . Some actions need to be taken and they can be righteous for you and unrighteous to others too , so you need not mind them . Skill of software engineer , superficial knowledge of medical , lawyer , IAS and full knowledge of Sanskrit and Hindu Scriptures . Games :- Chess , Badminton Entertainment:- Music and Painting - Master level only , not worthy of Grandmaster . No arrogance , impatience and anger to disregard others if I know some abilities than them and they are not as intelligent as me , Bias towards my loved ones when I get angry over them 😤 BODY , SOUL - Yoga , Pranayam , Exercise and Meditation Achievements which I strive for are making my nation India become bit more educated I.e. literacy rate by opening free schools for EWS and teaching them Indian scriptures , Education and games . One more is protesting against laws which harms nation and prevent itbfrom growing better . Dharma : In accordance with geeta , it can be described but sometimes as I had said , situations differ from each other , so it can do to follow your heart if you find it true . For example: Kumbhakaran sided with his brother because his heart thinks him as his brother's part and one's body part is always with him even though he does Adharma while Vibhishan sided with Shri Ram because his heart thinks shri ran as universal truth and no one is detached from it. But in the end , both of their reason is correct , so it's Dharma , I told you this much because some people are brainwashed and some deceive themselves , for ex . Stealing by one who is incapable (handicapped) and who is ignorant about it can be forgiven but those who are capable and know why should they not do it , they are obliged for punishment 🤔. Caution ⚠️ : Before 16 years old atleast , you can't understand what I was talking about , so don't read it . Life and Death : Some people do suicide when they fail and got criticised or they themselves feel bad about it . Some do in ignorance , some to abscond the situation and some special who think world as illusion and it is not worthy of them to waste time on thing which are not eternal . For them , I need to tell you that you are under three debts after being born in this mortal world . 1) it can be fulfilled by doing donations . I don't mean in trusts . 2)it can be fulfilled by sharing your knowledge with others . 3) I forgot it 😅🤣🤣🤣, you can see it in mahabharat of br Chopra. Now, for ignorant and coward ones, just study if failures are because of incapability and not distractions . If they are due to distractions and pressure then , I will say that even if you can't go back to your previous situation, atleast do your work because it can provide relief to your mind , don't abscond and If you can't leave distraction, then , forgot your work and don't take pressure and do suicide because you can also enjoy distractions, just change them to like reading novels , playing games and discussing way of life and doing your previous distractions if they are morally good and addictive. Now , a time will come when you are awaken from these distractions or gotten bored from them , then you can do your work honestly . Benefits : known every aspect of distractions, can help others if you are not successful in your work or your efficiency increased later and you achieved success . So , don't take pressure and stress, remove distractions or know them fully , if you are good guy , then you can also gain enlightenment in this distraction period by being morally good 👍 😉 😀. This will help you to escape suicide as you have thrown all worries of work side to the back of mind and with pressure , a time will come when you are able to withstand it with calmness and do your work unceasing.

As the buddhas have said, the mind itself has always been free and open, like the ocean. As the Dalai Lama says here, take out your observing mind and look at the emotion, without judgement, look at the waves and they resolve on their own.

political power grows from the barrel of a gun. we have different perceptions managing anger is only for yourself. no one else. its still important to lie cheat and steal and be selfish and take from others.
