How to go to Tibidabo by Public transport?
Route: Plaça de Catalunya → Peu del Funicular→Vallvidrera Superior → Pl. Tibidabo
From Plaça de Catalunya take train S1 or S2, get off at the "Peu del Funicular" station, without leaving the station, transfer directly to the free funicular car to the terminal "Vallvidrera Superior". After exiting the station, turn right and go uphill and take bus No. 111 to the Sacre Coeur Church, get off at the "Pl. Tibidabo" stop.
Tips:
1. The Sacred Heart Church is divided into upper and lower parts, and the upper part is only open after 10:30 in the morning. The theme park is open after 11am. So don’t go to Tibidabo too early.
2. The T-Casual 10-trip card can be used to take the S1/S2 train and the no. 111 bus, and the transfer only counts once.
3. Bus No. 111 runs as a circle route, so you can just take the bus at the same stop “Pl. Tibidabo” on your way back down the funicular station.
