I love Aster Amoyo. Her approach with celebrity interviews is very authentic. She's very professional and knows her boundaries. So unlike those who claim to be professional writers/reporters kuno but are nothing more than tabloid/gossip columnists.

Siya lang ang Pinoy singer na pumantay sa taste ko sa mga foreign artists. Martin is the only one who can persuade me to save enough money to pay the concert ticket fee though how expensive it is. Siya lamang ang mga may hitsongs na OPM na gusto kong maging tugtog sa wake and interment ko. Martin's music is life for me at any rate that I did a lot of sacrifice in my life, his singing voice has that quality tp equate it. Golden? Diamond? No naman. Basta pag ni-consider mo ang buhay mo mahalaga, ginawa mong mabuti then you deserve the best of gift in life like Martin's voice. The one that lulls your soul, mends your broken spirit, to cry for to stop your bleeding. ❤

I literally grew up a fan of Martin Nieverra songs... as a teenager in the 80's and tried to imitate him in minus one/multiplex cassette tapes and still liking his songs singing in videokes in betamax/VHS format in the 90's and still singing his songs in vcd/dvd karaokes in the 2000s...and now still singing in my comfort of my own smart phone through youtube connected to bluetooth...whatever the technology is...I admire this guy Martin and his songs ...and I admire him more now hearing his story and his humility of greatness. And a Michael Buble lang naman looked up to him. Wow. He is not just an accidental singer/star. I realize just now...he is really destined to be a superstar. He is born with it.

I love Martin. Met him in college 3 decades ago, 8 years ago during one of his concerts at M’s Casino and ASAP in Vegas couple of years ago. Mabait si Martin. I met him briefly in Marbay/Maharlika, Baguio City. I saw him inside a stall and I was star struck. I accidentally hit one of the shelves and an item fell out. Oh my Gosh, Martin picked it up. I couldn't put into words what I felt at that time (I was young). I was so embarrassed and mixed with overwhelming emotions that I couldn't say sorry or thank you. I'm embarrassed up to now.😅😂

She was born and raised in Hawaii and didn’t understand the Tagalog song you were singing but the melody just made her so emotional. when I watched him in a concert with Ogie, Regine, Eric, I admired Martin because at his age his voice has not changed, still in condition ang lawak ng range. Plus he's so nice and gentleman. I remember umakyat ako sa stage inassit nya pako hahaha love Martin! ska un help nya sa mga starting singers/artists he's like a father to them..

OMG so happy to see this video of Martin i am a fan since the 80's... until i left for Canada in 91... my very fave Martin song is #bemylady omg i did not know his singing non documented early singing moments... amazing story and his father is such a great man too... and btw #michaelbuble is my fave crooner here in Canada thanks for having him here and learned hi life from a young age as a singer/performer sad that he said he is separated now from his wife? not sure but i dont mind that i was just happy to find out great stories from him and he still got his sense of humour 😍😍😍😍🙏🙏🙏

Martin is my favorite since 1988 when I was a kid. Love his voice and his tone. I used to have minus one and multiplex cassettes of his songs, and tried to sound like him. Until now, i still love his songs and sing them in karaoke bars.

I was in the military, stationed in Hawaii in the late 90s. While driving on my way to Pearl Harbor and listening to the local radio, I heard a song that seemed familiar from my youth but still perplexed since it was a Top40/ pop station. I finally realized it was "Be My Lady" and the DJ acknowledged the artist (Martin Nievera) who was a local growing up in Honolulu.
