I like it personally a lot. I mean it's broken but it can't be compared to 2017 and earlier. We have know a lot of counters to it (ash, called by, gamma,crossout). The main reason I want it back, is because it enables much more decks. You want to play pendulum with electrum and astrograph? Go for it! but you might lose against maxx c, that's the catch. I like to have the possibility to play my favourite decks so I don't mind losing to maxx c sometimes

@@jeffypwnzu it's a good floodgate. Do your shit sure, but I'm drawing cards. And with all the handtraps i think it slows down the format enough to work. Im running prank-kids and it works just fine in the format, especially with counters.

If you invest in this deck, you'll be able to pivot to Invoked Dogmatika with DPE so don't worry about it. It'll be a real real good deck.

Yeah, that's why I like Maxx C; it doesn't say "you can't play your turn", it says "If you're gonna shoot your shot, you better not miss". It doesn't do anything if they just die, but you are 100% dead next turn if you brick.

at the bottom right there should be a button that says "auto", which chooses how often the game prompts you. If you click it a few times until it says "on" it will prompt u literally every possible opportunity to activate stuff. kinda annoying but it works

Yes, yes it is. Normal Summon Aleister is not hard at all. The only difficulty would be to know when and why you procc the effect of which Shaddoll which will take a couple tries to get the gist of. I recommend playing in Solo against the AI first.

If you can shut down your opponent graveyard then shaddolls lose half their effects since really shaddolls are graveyard base you disrupt that and a lot of plays go out the window. Masked Hero dark law is perfect counter to shaddols because of its effects any card your opponent has gets banished instead of going to the graveyard. One game I was able to lock my opponent out of pretty much half the game by SS masked hero dark law , El shaddoll winda , and invoked Cailga. So my opponent can only SS monster(s) once a turn, can only activate one monster effect per turn and attack with only 1 monster each turn and any card of there's that goes to graveyard gets banished instead and if they draw a extra card outside of damage phase use dark law second effect to randomly discard one card from their hand. Very rare I get 3 out on same turn but when I do. Pure bliss.

Gamma is semi limited in the ocg

Squamata is the best Shaddoll. He is any shaddoll monster effect, and any S/T on your grave. If you have El (and you normally want it), he is the best main deck monster to fuse with. Playing against Sky Striker ? He is Ariel. Playing against Eldlich ? He is Ariel/Wendi for Beast. Playing against Altergeist ? He is Dragon or Wendi for Beast. Playing against Zoo ? He alone forces Zeus by sending Wendi and summoning Hedgehog. You don't need to know the match or hard draw the best materials for the appropriate situations. Open with a weak hand that can still at least make Winda ? Send Shaddoll Fusion so your opponent has to worry about being able to deal with Winda and Shaddoll Fusion. He also sends Incarnation which helps you to play around stuff like Veiler or Imperm on your Hedgehogs and Beasts, or, if you have no Aleister, you can still set a Mata or Dragon and send the trap to use the pop/bounce as interaction. He also has the Upstart factor. It is a cool idea to send him and sending another card before you flip a Beast, except that Mata resolving is better than upstart because you're probably triggering another Shaddoll card. In short, Squamata is half a Construct.

Squarmata == Foolish Burial aka one Shaddoll gets to procc from deck. It is arguably one of the best Shaddolls in the main deck. Prosperity kills your Extra Deck for 1 card from your deck. Not worh it since you kinda need your fusions and the links are useful to have as well. Gamma is Limited in the OCG so it is Limited in Master Duel. Running 1 Gamma and hoping to have it in hand is kida far fetched imho. Shekhinaga is not that good, but could be an option tbh. The negate El Shaddoll Shekhinaga provides is rather good, ngl. And at the cost of discarding aka activating a Shaddoll? Not bad for an enemy turn disruption.

Eldlich is strong for that reason.

@@carljoshua13 With how spellcaster heavy shaddolls are I've swapped out upstart with three spellbook of knowledge, works pretty well given how many graveyard activations the shaddolls have.

Spellbook of Knowledge makes sense. Foolish Burial is also a good option. Maybe Dark World Dealings could also work.

@@REDDAWNproject Almiraj is there for Purgatrio. You will link it off to bring out the Light Link - Secure Gardna - and it will end in the grave ready to be invocated off for Purgatrio. Shekinaga would be better if your opponent has a mostly Earth Deck stripping you of ways to get rid of a strong boss monster - I cannot count how many times Super Poly was dead agains Earth Decks due to not running Shekhinaga -.
