I feel like i’m the only one who thinks alex and poppy will stay until the end. I know the miscommunication is a huge red flag but literally the way they feel for each other like the quotes “i don’t know how to love someone as much as I love you” and every said and unsaid words were just enough to make me convinced that they’re really gonna work every rough edges to patch things up because they just can’t bear losing each other. The one where alex also said he’s scared to love poppy so much and then lose her because she’ll die of oldness just really hits me. I think loving someone to the point you’re scared to lose them is a sign that it’s a great love.
