You can’t compare them, two totally opposite tanks. It’s not just that but the tanks actually can’t ever meet in battle because of the entirely different ratings. (Lowest BR Churchill is 3.3, 2C bis is 1.7)

May be stupid, but in a life or death situation vs a weapon you know can easily penetrate you, why would you not.

@@nineonine9082 Because you'd never be able to move the tank. No tanker, well 99.9% of tankers, would never intentionally put their engine forward unless it was built into the design. It simply didn't happen in WW2. It became a standard later on to build the engine in the front but tankers would NEVER intentionally display their less armored ass end in the hopes that their engine would eat the round entirely. Not to mention that in real life, the engine goes down and your tank is fucked. Gaijin just sucks shit at making the game realistic and has a half realistic and half nonsensical approach to the game. Repeated shots to the engine should stack the repair time.

@@irirjhrhr4645 The reverse side of an IS-1 is badly armored. The front isn't badly armored, it's quite good in fact. The only part that's weak is the cupola and lower front plate.

The Jumbo is the one with the toughest job against the IS-1 since it barely can penetrate it with it's standard round and only has the cupola shot unless it goes APCR.

@@meepy2739 Well, my point was just that the Jumbo has the toughest job versing and IS-1 but as you do more or less show in the rock-paper-scissors thing, it's also much more capable versus a Tiger tank and able to run rings around it, shoot it's barrel and tracks on the move and flank it. So there's absolutely some truth to the R-P-S you shared lol. It's just that a good player can also find a way to defeat any tank. But the IS-1 is for sure best vs. a Jumbo, the Tiger is best vs. a IS-1 and the Jumbo is best vs. a Tiger. It's a perfect circle lol.

Thats BS, of course if I play correctly and target a Tiger from the side, I automatically won but it doesn't take away the fact that the Tiger can do the same AND be survivable when facing the enemy, while the IS is paper in comparison. And don't get started with the cupola weak spot, because that's pretty much the only weak spot the Tiger has(and the lower side of the hull), while the IS is, again, paper in comparison.
