@William Moore I've coached against enough D1 players that sometimes you start with something different. Clark was exhausted after last night's game. I'm thinking that you push her to the limit early. Her performance last night was like Bird against DePaul in 79 or Danny Manning against Oklahoma in 88. Carried her team. She can do everything but they're only 8 deep. Is she the best player in the game? Yes. But I only won 6 sectional titles in high school in Texas over 21 years and was fortunate to beat some good D1 players and lose to some. It's my opinion. I told people going into last night's game , I thought Iowa was better than Maryland and it would be a 4 point game in the 4th quarter. I think LSU should be favored, they are the better team. Think it will be a 2 point game going into the 4th quarter.

It’s not our fault that when two starters of LSU went out in the second quarter, IOWA couldn’t guard Jasmine Carson and the other bench players. Yall got smoked by LSUs bench and the only hope y’all had was that run y’all had in the 3rd. This is what happens when your team doesn’t have any depth. The whole squads reliance on Clark was ultimately Iowas ironic downfall. Lastly, Iowa lost by almost 20 points. Now if the game was within 5, and the fouls were lopsided, then u can make an argument that The calls impacted the game. The calls were bad on both sides equally. Making it some kind of race thing is ridiculous because even if u were right, the refs didnt allow 102 points. IOWA was getting cooked and Clark’s 30 piece is the only reason it wasn’t a 30 point blowout. Clark had to put up 40 points to beat South Carolina by 4. Clark is amazing but her squad is average at best..

@@billzardus95 apparently you missed the fact that LSU had 3 starters on the bench the Entire 2nd quarter... Kim Mulkey had a better strategy. Instead of rotating her players in and out even though they had foul trouble, she sat them down. That way they would be able to come back in the 3rd and play the rest of the game. Iowa's coach should have sat her foul trouble players the entire 2nd also. They would have made it to the end

@@billzardus95 and they didn't miss half the game. Clark played 34... LSU also would have had more fouls called than Iowa. Iowa began fouling on purpose at the end of the game to stop the clock.
