Here for this iconic moment in (Asian-)American history. Giving someone their flowers while they're still alive is unfortunately too rare. Glad it was captured on camera to be etched in stone forever. And the symbolism of his dad's ashes being present for this moment, and the handoff from Steven & David to Khalyla. Whew.

What’s wild is I’ve literally had this same conversation with another Korean actor friend of mine. We just talked about Tiger Belly and how Bobby Lee is a PIONEER for Asian Americans and ESPECIALLY Koreans, and he doesn’t get that credit enough. Also god damn David Choe is so unapologetically Korean American. When Bobby mentions the deep connection with other Koreans…yes. It’s because of our 한. You can see the 한 in Bobby and Steven, but holy shit you can see it in David Choe.

Bobby Lee's a literal living legend. When I was a kid I used to wonder where this unconventional ball of chaos came from. He just seemed so out of place in a world where everyone was obsessed with image. I couldn't look away. Seeing this is beautiful. I struggle way too much expressing my emotions but seeing this reminds me that "cringe" doesn't matter. Fuck all that shit. Wow, man after being such a huge fan of Bobby for so long, i was really able to feel those emotions and understand their true appreciation for him. Never cried at a podcast clip before.

Such a beautiful moment. Steven saying he can take the weights off was really moving. Now that Asian representation is actually starting to actually happen and being the one of the first ones out there who really broke through a horribly difficult and limiting system, he totally deserves the appreciation! He not only broke through but he pushed to be more than the Asian stereotypes they were trying to use him as. Legitimately groundbreaking

Dave and Steve are truly awesome. I really wish more people would have the guts to do something that genuine and kind. Much respect to all of them hosts, guests and crew.

David and Steven are real for doing this. Bobby is the first Asian American entertainer I became a fan of, he really has done a lot more than he gets credit for.
