Hi, I am an under 14 coach and take this drills and set them up in stations. The drills are not complicated so the boys pick up the drills and work hard and by setting up 8 stations and I blow the whistle and they move on to the next. A very enjoyable hard workout and all the time up skilling. Thank you for these drills so many coaches make things just to complex.

Really nice video. I'm working with my son to improve his close control, agility and thinking. These drills will be very nice to incorporate into our regimen. An hour or 2 extra a week outside of his normal training has really improved his abilities. We spend 20 minutes doing coerver box drills, some agility ladder moves (that was a great video of yours recently) and some 1 and 2 touch passing. All things we can do in small spaces in the basement during the winter months. We're looking forward to doing some more expansive passing and movement drills when we can get back outside. Good luck in the upcoming season and keep the great content coming.
