I'm really confused about the original comment. it seems like they are saying that hanfus aren't china's traditional clothing. Which is false. hanfus is the traditional clothing of the Han people. The cheongsam belongs to a different chinses nationality. they are both technically Chinese but as a Han person, the cheongsam is not mine ("cheongsam is yours" whatever that means). People have been wearing hafus to bring back the culture from what I know of.
