I have this vacuum no problem. I mops and vaccums my title and carpet. But this carpet seems more fluffy you should turn up the vaccum suction although it should automatically adjust on the carpet. I love and the price was very good on Amazon. The only trouble is the magnetic as the others say. Going to try the mopping feature.

I just got this exact model, and Im having trouble mapping it out!I want to schedule it to go when I'm at work, but I cant, because it gets stuck everywhere and tries to fall down the stairs. I use magnetic strips but dont have near enough of them so I have to follow it around and put them in whatever section its working on. Do I have to set out magnet strips everytime? Other than that I love this little machine!

Hi I have problem with mopping. Only sweep option I can select not mopping or sweep mop on the tuya smart app. Really having trouble with mopping. Love the vaccum though. Somebody please help me out in this

Mine doesn’t mop well and that’s why I bought it, did you take out the little plugs at the bottom? I did that and some water comes out now but it’s not that good

Man, you didn’t glue the station properly. Station should be leveled hard floor, like wood, tiles, plastic carpet, vinyl floors. It will be hard for it to move if there is soft carpet floors. But you can select carpet mode than it will work good.
