My daughter loves to cook, so does one of my sons. I love watching you, you are raising some wonderful kids. You are so much like me, always wanting to help your daughter, to show her how to do everything right. I’m from Italian/Argentinean descent, and we do not coat our churros in cinnamon sugar. We coat them in just sugar instead. We also stuff them with either chocolate or dulce de leche. They taste amazing.

That might work, but I am definitely going to see about making some and I love iced coffee and those “frappes” from coffee places, but there are a lot of carbs in those. These look much “healthier”. Hey Tiffany my mom makes those but she adds a lot more milk and it evens it out with the foam sweetness. Soooo goood! We love our iced coffees and we don't have to buy them ever again because we can just make them now lol 🙌😄

I stuck some DT coconut rolls into the whipped coffee, but i need to grab some of those longer Piroline straw style cookies next time I go. Those might be even better! How's the garden? If that was your first time making Pate' Choux? You did GREAT! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside! Looked like it was nice texture, holes inside.... That same dough, (with maybe an extra egg yolk), you can pipe onto parchment lined sheet tray into balls for CREAM PUFFS or lines kinda like you did your CHURROS, but on sheet tray for ECLAIRS & bake them. Fill with pastry cream, whipped cream, dip in or drizzle on chocolate. YUM!!! That was fantastic for a beginner!!! 💜💌💔🌹🍀🐾😷😇
