The unblur one wont work on every website. Production wbsites usually name classes random names so people cant mess with them or just stick blurred images so u cant mess with the code and unblur them.

You can save TikToks as wallpapers by saving them as Live Photo’s and then going into settings and selecting wallpaper and then choose it and your done

The Tiktok background one does work it just depends on the sharing options the creator has set on their account. If it's locked down to you not being able to save the video it won't let you. but if you can download the video then you can set as your background

For the Nutella one by the way. I live in Canada and I had Nutella and it did not have a knife so I am guessing that is not true but it could be since you live in England.
