You can submit verification request in the TikTok app. Submitting supporting documents, links to your news, articles etc which is similar to Instagram or Facebook.
Update your app, wait for it to roll out

Doesn't work dont waste your time unless you have 4 links showing your a notable person. My account has to be verified it asks for four links that show my notability. You may have 0 followers on that account but you have links that show your notability not like me the average joe.
