Never let anyone or anything stop you from chasing your dreams. Parents and teachers should be encouraging you, not bringing you down or taking the mick out of you for it. I can relate as one teacher took the mick out of me due to my hobbies and interests, but now, I work at Disneyland Paris and a performer, published two books and in a good place in life. In the end, you always prove people wrong and like what was said "If they weren't there for you during your worst, they don't deserve to be there during your best."
