That’s why I’m fine with afeera for the most part, she’s just shinobi but at least she doesn’t cutscene you. I’d rather die quickly for making a wrong read than make a right read 10 times in a row and die anyway

What I don’t understand is both of their flips into bash can be gb’d but afeeras feintable bash isn’t a consistent gb, I think other than damage tweaks and some frame advantage adjustments they could probably stay about the same though (the feintable afeera bash should be a gb though every time)

Watched you for years, just now subscribing since I no longer play. Tilt is great, random characters adds a bit of surprise for the regular viewers, the fact that it’s a challenge makes it interesting to people like myself who are competitive, and for people who are into that “challenge” type of content. I know you’re looking for ways to spice up the channel, and hopefully one of these helps; occasional 4’s with other content creators (obviously there’s some roadblock behind the scenes or you’d be doing it already I’m sure) play with subs (it’s more kenzo’s thing, but it’s literally the only thing that keeps you from separating yourself from the other creators in FH) King of the ring (invite subs weekly to a best out of 5/7 whatever and winner plays the following week against the new challenger) 3 consecutive wins by someone else and you automatically retake the champion spot I know you have a niche, but you have nothing to lose by expanding to new territories. You’re one of the few content creators that’s openly honest about the tier list and how strong characters are. I can’t stand when ppl message me after beating me with Tiandi or Afeera while I play Kensei.. like dude my character isn’t in the same league as yours 😂 if I win it means something I’m handicapped

I always use Kensei and tiandi is one of my weaknesses despite being one of my favourites. And it's the same with other Kensei.

@@solitarything1209 bruh, Kensei mirror matches I’d argue are some of the hardest possible mirrors because of the fact you’re on equal footing as far as kits but there is so many ways someone can approach his kit. There are Dodge heavy Kensei players. Light spam Kensei’s. Reaction parry player kensei’s and then the one I like to think I fall into the “ima use everything in his kit” kensei’s. He can do so many things it’s hard to get a proper read on a good one. Cause what you would do in a situation, probably isn’t what I would do and vice versa.

Nobody enjoys fighting against orochi. He’s so easy to play and on console his storm rush/kick mix up is definitely strong. Too strong imo.

Agreed, I don’t think storm rushes should be able to dodge cancel either or guarantee the free light (it’s 24 total damage with the light afterwards iirc) and his finisher heavies need to come down to 25 (side) and 27 (top). After those changes I think he’d be mostly okay though

1 example is his double dodge, say for example a shaolin in Qi stance, shinobi can dodge on Kick predict but if shaolin does undodgeable, shinobi can double dodge and deflect, so he's covering more than 1 option and getting away with making the wrong read, that's just 1 example

He has always been strong but now with the bashes buffed it makes him ever more dangerous cos his kick is fully unreactable and he gets unreactable mixup from landing that kick

But the double dodge thing I will admit is good I used that a lot when I played shinobi back in the day I think sholin is a pretty specific example cause so many characters can just light him out of it or softfeint guard break but I guess for shaolin yeah he’s a good matchup
