Please make update on all estero rehabilitated during Gina Lopez leadership in 2010-2014, how does it look now?.

The estero still stinks but it's Better than before with all that Garbage and Informal settlers (and where snatchers use to live) and now all the Greenery along estero de Paco it's good and Atlist it's better Now... Thanks a lot to Gina Lopez. 👏👏👏👏👏

NIce vid Alfred. I hope they make a new and stricter laws for urban development, If we want to have high quality of life, sustainability and beautification of the Philippines; 1. The Government must forced the current landowners to rehab their houses or buildings using higher quality materials (like brick wall or concrete roof) to minimize hazard effects like fires or earthquakes. 2. The Government should have a law that required one tree for every current and future land owners. 3. The Government should have a standard choices of exterior design of houses if they want to pursue beautification, if the land owners build a sustainable aesthetically pleasing house or buildings should incentivize. 4. The Government should incentivize home owners who are using solar panel for initiatives for sustainable development. 5. The Government shouldn't accept horizontal driven houses, instead of vertical driven houses to save land space. If land owners are generously freeing space for pedestrians, they should be incentivized by the Government. 6. The Government must demolish illegal settlement and convert it into green parks. 7. The Government should pursue demolishing houses or buildings located at the edge or very near on the rivers, they must provide generous amount of space for bikes, pedestrians and plants/trees adjacent to riverfronts. 8. The Government should sacrifice some two ways roads into one way to provide necessary space for pedestrians, PWD, plants/trees and bikers. (see Japan) 9. The Government should push private sectors to fix spaghetti wires to prevent electrical accidents and to beautify the affected areas. 10. The Government should rebuild streetscapes and make in world class, par with South Korea, Germany, U.S or other best example countries. 11. The Government should build large underground or vertical parking buildings on every districts of a city. 12. The Government must ban street vendors from sidewalks and provide them a suitable area or building to sell their products. 13. The Government must ban pedicabs and old school trikes. They should build a national law that bicycles should only have a certain size, dimensions or design to lessen its occupying space on the roads. 14. The Government should build vertical public housing near industrial or agriculture parks to encourage poor people to have a decent work, provided with training centers nearby.

stop wasting money making cosmetic efforts to beautify kuno these esteros. demolish illegal structures and put these waterways to its original size and water flow carrying capacity..reclaim all easements and make it roads or bikelanes for people to pass.
