Man @khtractors is awesome! Love his channel. I just like watching good people get stuff done. No idea why he hasn’t grown faster. You two are on my short list that I never miss. I think you’ve mentioned him before, but great to see you two friendly with each other. You’re both good people.

All of my implements are the original Titan with the exception of the iron craft pallet forks I purchased earlier this month. The rugged quality of their craftsmanship makes me feel confident they will take my abuse for years and years. Some things are worth every penny when it comes to durability and quality.

Hello Brock! Love seeing attachments in use and new companies I haven't heard of. I happen to have a 6 way rear blade from Everything Attachments and have put it to many uses; like building ditches/swales, grading and sloping shoulders, spreading gravel, driveways, and snow removal! I even used it to pop rocks out! Can't wait to see you put it to more uses and to see the other attachment you got from Ironcraft! Have a great day!

Howdy Brock - I like that attachment! Looks to be very versatile. I like the option to offset to the side like that. Might have to add this to my wish list of future implements. Thanks for sharing 🤠

May want to set the blade up on the opposite side, and drag from your ditch back to the house, delivering your excess material closer to the low spot and spread it there.. of course when it's dryer

I have that same blade. I bought it direct from Titan. I use it all the time, especially in winter to knock down the ridges left from plowing snow. Nice job, Brock! Cheers!

Nice blade, and I've enjoyed all your videos. A word of caution if I may-grading for vehicles can be tricky, especially on a driveway long enough to gain speed. A gravel washout, snow cover, winds, or a foggy night in the dark could cause a slide or turnover. Perhaps a more gradual drainage slope farther away from the roads edge would work where there is room.

I really need a rear blade as well. LOTS of ditching and grading work to be done. I need the offset feature as well, since much of our road has a drop-off to one side, so I can only get so close with my box blade. I also like watching Ben over at K&H!

Find your high and your low elevations along and next to the roadway. Stake out your grade along the trench, identify cut/fill and where to divert. It helps to use a laser, grade stick, and receiver.
@RockhillfarmYT
@RockhillfarmYT Жыл бұрын
Yeah, I have a transit level but I also think the grade on my driveway is pretty good and if I can just match that with the ditch, it will work. I will need to go back through and verify that at the end.

These sorts of back blades are popular in Australia, more popular than box blades. The more expensive ones are hydraulically controlled. The way I consider these blades is they are a small version of what graders are using and can do similar jobs. I need one for my orchid along with a rotary hoe so the soil in the middle of tree rows can be moved up to the rows to improve drainage.

Very useful attachment Brock! It's definitely underrated by the public!! Caution, I have an identical looking blade I purchased from my dealership, it's fine pulling but if I turn the blade and push backwards with it the blade will bend. I is designed to do this. Sounds stupid I know. But trust me the force generated on the blade is completely different pulling vs pushing. The blade and three point linkage assembly doesn't like pushing. Stuff will easily bend! It's physics. Good luck sir.

Good morning Brock. When I bought my tractor and started doing the maintenance on our gravel road and money was a little tight I was trying to decide between a rear blade or a landscape rake. I decided on the landscape rake and later on when I was able to I got a box blade. Both have served me well for my purposes but I can see where this rear blade with all the ways that it can be adjusted will definitely be something that could be very handy in the future. Also, It may just be a matter of personal preference but it seemed like you have a lot of side to side sway on your 3pt. hitch. It's just something that I noticed. God bless. 😊

Mine sits in the woods and rusts....tried using it a couple times and found I'd rather use my FEL bucket on the driveway. But mine is not cool like yours with hydraulics and all that pivoting! Tractor Hard! 🚜💪!

I got a Landpride on order from my dealer that is very similar to yours on all the movement. I don't think they are an Ironcraft dealer. Although, they are a dealer for Precision mfg. They fixed us up with an the adjustable add a grapple for our forks. We are really liking it. Very versatile 👌 😊

Sitting inside never helped anyone but the rocking chair salesman. Besides, a new implement needs to get dirty. There's something about a brand new shiny clean implement that gets under my skin. It just ain't natural. I love the way that one offsets. Mine offsets also, but you need to remove bolts and move it to the next set of holes. Not convenient at all. Are you sure you're not a salesman? 😉

@peterkoster5053
@peterkoster5053 Жыл бұрын
Iv seen some blades that offset but they are bolts you loosen on the back and slide the blade over from where it connects to the main frame. Not sure what would be better but I do like that this design is quick easy and toolless. The easier they make it the more you'll use the feature IMHO.

Looks weak. The main tube should go further to support the main pivot. Also main tube swing should have support from the top. Now sideswing plate is only at the bottom.
